Spencer is a third-generation jewellery dealer, proudly continuing the legacy of his late father, Michael Marks, who began in the trade in 1965. Since inheriting the family business in 2021, Spencer has brought his own passion and expertise to the world of fine jewellery, with a particular interest in striking modernist and brutalist pieces.

Based in Gray’s Antiques Market in London’s historic Mayfair, Spencer specialises in sourcing and dealing in both antique and contemporary jewellery. Alongside his work in the trade, Spencer also serves his community as a member of the London Ambulance Service—balancing a deep respect for the past with a commitment to the present.
